How to register?

Please take a moment to read the instructions below before you begin! If you have any questions, email us and we'll be happy to assist you.

1. Registration will be closed on the 20th of June 2010. Eventual later registration must be discussed with the organizer separately.

2. Registration is first-come/first-served. You are registered on the date your payment has been received.

3. Within 10 days after receiving your registration form we will confirm the acceptance of the form with an email containing your registration number. The registration number must be stated on your payment form as a specific symbol.

4. Registration for anyone 15 years of age or less will not be accepted unless accompanied by an adult guardian. A separate form must be completed for both Fiddlers and Guardians. You will choose your specific type of registration (Fiddler/Guardian). If you are registering as a Guardian for more than one attendee, you only need to complete the registration form once. A Guardian may attend fiddle classes without a fiddle. Every attendee must have paid in order to register.

5. Prices: a fee for an adult fiddler is 530 E, fiddler 15 and under 430E, for a guardian or an accompanying person 310E. Discounts for early registration: 20E off for registration before the end of March. 40E if registered by the 21st of December. 

6. Refund policy: A refund minus  20% per person will be given up until midnight July 1st, 2010. No refunds will be given after that date.
